Due to continued government measures intended to prevent the spread of COVID-19 virus, we will unfortunately now suspend sailings on our Amsterdam Newcastle service up to and including 30th June.

Hello dfds.will there be an extended date for refunds or vouchers.my ferry was to be 02.july.cant travel now due to quarantine restrictions

Quite a scam you have going here. I messaged yesterday to amend my booking in July to next year and thought I had sorted it only to receive a further message this morning to call to discuss my options. Called and waited for 30 minutes, call lasted 5 minutes only to be told that I should disregard what I was told yesterday in messenger and to call back closer to my sailing time. Fair enough I can do that. However I just checked my mobile and o was changed £23.30 for the call. Surely a pm would have sufficed. 😡

I have read a reply here saying that your service will return on July 1st. Can this be officially confirmed? Some of us are moving home and relying on a connection from Newcastle (as we live 3 hours further north). Even if you offered the service twice a week it would allow those who travel is essential for to make the trip. But cancellation means a drive to Harwich - 9.5 hours away with two cats who hate the car... We are due to travel mid July.

I have had to cancel 3 ferry’s bookings. Phoned getting a refund. Phoned again and told be patient. Still waiting on our money. We love the ferry route. Wanted to go so much. But just want my money.

Can we amend or cancel an August sailing? Quarantine requirements on our return will make it difficult for us to be able to travel.

Does anyone know if a passenger ferry is running from Dieppe to Newhaven Sunday 7th June?

Could you explain me why we still able to book ferry from 17.06.20 where is a sens. You confuse people and make 😡. I need to know if is chance on 26 July travel to Amsterdam?

This is rediculous having our hopes set then this I thought there were making plans to start ferries up and running again

We would like a refund and NOT a credit voucher or rebooking. Please can someone let me know how to go about this?

Is there any chance of travelling of travelling in September as I have already re-booked up because I couldn't go on the 15th of April

Better to be safe than sorry

When will you be releasing the 2021 prices to see what we have to pay if transferring the Sailing to next year

I would like a refund. This is my right. Why this option is not included?

This is getting stupid, europe is open and we can't go to visit family but i can fly into the UK from godknows were and travel freely in the UK.

I have a booking for June 22nd to Dunkirk as i was supposed to be driving to Spain...is that cancelled too
